NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold an Annual (Special) Board Meeting electronically on January 22, 2026 from 1:30-5:00PM AKST. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce board members, conduct an introductory briefing of SEAPA, elect officers, and consider approval of minutes, and a contract and resolution. During the meeting, the board may enter into an executive session for discussions related to a subject that could prejudice the reputation and character of any person, provided that the persons may request a public discussion.
