Annual (Special) Board Meeting: January 22, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold an Annual (Special) Board Meeting electronically on January 22, 2026 from 2:00-3:00PM AKST. The purpose of the meeting is the introduction of new board members and election of officers. During the meeting, the board may enter into an executive session to discuss strategic initiatives of the Agency, matters the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the Agency, the Projects, or any of the Member Utilities represented on the Board. - 2 Ketchikan seats
- 1 Petersburg seat
- 1 Wrangell seat
- 1 floating seat - rotates between all three communities
- Each official is appointed by a member community’s municipalities
