Annual (Special) Board Meeting: January 22, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold an Annual (Special) Board Meeting electronically on January 22, 2026 from 1:30-5:00PM AKST. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce board members, conduct an introductory briefing of SEAPA, elect officers, and consider approval of minutes, a contract and resolution, and discuss evaluation forms. During the meeting, the board may enter into an executive session for discussions related to an employee and strategic initiatives. Potential action following the executive session may also be taken.
