NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold a Regular Board Meeting on May 27, 2026 from 1PM-5PM and May 28, 2026 from 9AM - 1PM AKDT at the Nolan Center in Wrangell, Alaska. During the meeting an executive session may be held related to strategic initiatives. Potential action following the executive session may be taken. - 5 voting directors appointed annually and alternates
- 2 Ketchikan seats
- 1 Petersburg seat
- 1 Wrangell seat
- 1 floating seat - rotates between all three communities
- Each official is appointed by a member community’s municipalities
