NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold a Special Board Meeting at SEAPA's headquarters, 55 Don Finney Lane, in Ketchikan, Alaska, on October 29, 2026 from 9AM - 5PM AKDT. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a Renewal and Replacement (R&R) program, a new R&R project, a contract, and to review a preliminary FY2027 budget. During the meeting, the Board may enter into executive session for discussions related to personnel matters, bid results, and security and financial strategies.
