The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will accepted sealed bids on the following surplus item: one (1) used EL-140-H Energy Logic Waste Oil Burner - Furnace, which was operational at the time of removal two years ago. The Burner - Furnace may be viewed at SEAPA's office located at Mile 4.5 Zimovia Highway in Wrangell, Alaska.
